Interior Designer, Rochester, NY
Clark Patterson Lee is seeking an entry level interior designer
to collaborate with other team members on the interior architecture
and design of healthcare, long term care and K-12 educational
projects. Candidate must have a 4 year degree in Interior
Design from a CIDA- accredited program. Responsibilities of
the position include material and color selection, documentation in
both CAD and Revit, renderings and presentation boards, furniture
selection and coordination, and the management of the interior
resource library. This position requires working on multiple
projects at once and often at a fast pace. Strong graphic skills
and proficiency in Sketchup and Photoshop are preferred.
BUILDING INSPECTOR, SUWANEE,
GA
Clark Patterson Lee is a contract service provider to numerous
local government agencies. As a response to a steady increase in
our workload, we are currently seeking experienced building
inspectors. The responsibilities include, but are not limited
to, inspecting various facets of residential and commercial new
construction to ensure compliance with all federal, state and city
codes. Extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical,
structural and framing systems, along with appropriate
certification from the International Code Council (ICC) is a
must. Code enforcement experience is a plus. Customer
service knowledge and computer literacy are necessary skills.

Information Technology Internship, Rochester,
NY
CPL is looking for an intern/coop for our
internal IT department. The candidate should be enrolled in college
in the computer information systems or technology field and have
completed at least one year of coursework in that field. Ideally,
the intern will be working 3 days a week for 3 months with the
opportunity to extend the term. The candidate should have the
following capabilities: experience with windows XP/ Vista;
experience with troubleshooting PC issues; web development skills
are a plus. The primary duties includes: troubleshooting PC issues;
assisting with the deployment and maintenance of workstations;
responding to service requests assigned by supervisor;
troubleshooting reported problems; providing support to computer
peripherals; installing approved software on workstations and
assisting with hardware and software asset inventory; and,
developing file comparison and spreadsheet analysis.
